Q: Using a ruler I have to create an abstract design with 300+ lines, they can be thick, thin, broken, curved..etc I must empahsis on Balance and Perspective PLEASE anybody help me with some ideas/examples Best answer gets 10pts Thankyou sop much
A: In order to emphasize balance I would use lots of horizontal lines. Horizontal lines represent stability and balance. Also I would use maybe some curved lines bending around a central point. Make sure you make it your lines somewhat symmetrical for balance. For perspective I would put the thinner lines to where around the center, getting increasingly thicker towards the sides. This will create the illusion that the focal point in the center is farther away than the sides. You can incorporate other types of lines, just be sure to keep to the guidelines I gave you. Good luck!
