A: I think you're talking about featured Deviation. You need to go into your Edit Settings & Profile option, then into the Userpage Display tab. There should be an option that says Featured Deviation, and then a drop down bar that lets you select one of your deviations to be featured. Otherwise, if you're talking about the images in journals, from what I remember that's a subscription-only option. Does this answer your question or are you referring to something else?
