Q: Like for a football game, i think its acrylic but i need to know if that's safe for the skin or if there is another type thats best
A: Don't use regular artist acrylic paint. It will be damn hard to clean off. But to answer your question, no water based paint will hurt your skin. Most artist supply stores sell paint that will work as body paint and some sell paint that is specifically designed for that. Use a water based paint that is easy to remove and fairly cheap to buy. I suggest you use tempera. It's cheap, it's easily washed off and it won't clog over body hair like artist acrylics will. Have fun!
